About Me

After graduating high school, I decided to leave my small town in Tennessee in pursuit of bigger dreams at TCU. I was the managing editor for TCU 360, a digital media outlet. I produced a 30-minute live show on election night for TCU News Now.

I interned at news stations across the country, shadowing producers, writing scripts and learning the ins-and-outs of a newsroom. Turns out, production is my niche - I love watching all the pieces of a newscast fall into place from the booth. And when things don't go according to plan - in this business, that's expected - my decisiveness and news judgment keep me cool under pressure.
